HUS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HUS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 591 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HUS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX101P1, FAM90A24P, and GOLGA6L11P. Each is linked with HUS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HUS1-to-partner and partner-to-HUS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX101P1 grouped by HUS1-low versus HUS1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HUS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HUS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
