Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTRA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,397 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTRA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEK, PLEKHO2_T311, and WAS. Each is linked with HTRA4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTRA4-to-partner and partner-to-HTRA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTRA4 versus PLEK in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
