Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTRA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 90 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTRA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLS3, HLF, and SOD2. Each is linked with HTRA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTRA4-to-partner and partner-to-HTRA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTRA4 versus PLS3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTRA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTRA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
