HTRA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTRA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 719 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTRA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT8P49, NKX2-6, and MIR5707. Each is linked with HTRA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTRA4-to-partner and partner-to-HTRA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT8P49 grouped by HTRA4-low versus HTRA4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTRA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTRA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
