The most reproducible HTRA4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lipoprotein biosynthetic process, Regulation of epithelial cell apoptotic process, and Response to decreased oxygen levels. Each is linked with HTRA4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTRA4-to-partner and partner-to-HTRA4 results are reported.
