Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTRA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 250 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTRA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FHL5, MBL2, and OR6B3. Each is linked with HTRA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTRA4-to-partner and partner-to-HTRA4 results are reported.
