HTRA3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTRA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,488 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTRA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FN1, MXRA5, and CCN4. Each is linked with HTRA3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTRA3-to-partner and partner-to-HTRA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTRA3 versus FN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTRA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTRA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
