HTRA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTRA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,761 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTRA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP418, RNA5SP86, and PIGPP3. Each is linked with HTRA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTRA3-to-partner and partner-to-HTRA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP418 grouped by HTRA3-low versus HTRA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTRA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTRA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
