HTRA2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTRA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,466 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTRA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELL2, KLHL31, and TRIM22. Each is linked with HTRA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTRA2-to-partner and partner-to-HTRA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTRA2 versus ELL2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTRA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTRA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
