HTRA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTRA2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,176 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTRA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF205, ZBTB46, and LMAN1L. Each is linked with HTRA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTRA2-to-partner and partner-to-HTRA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF205 grouped by HTRA2-low versus HTRA2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTRA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTRA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
