Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HTR7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HTR7 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher HTR7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HTR7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SARC, LUAD, and GBM are the cancer types where HTR7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
