HTR7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,566 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPYD, TBC1D2B, and STAB1. Each is linked with HTR7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR7-to-partner and partner-to-HTR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTR7 versus DPYD in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
