HTR7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, TFRC, and c-Met_pY1235. Each is linked with HTR7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR7-to-partner and partner-to-HTR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by HTR7-low versus HTR7-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
