Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,197 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are VEGFC, GLIPR1, and FRMD6. Each is linked with HTR7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR7-to-partner and partner-to-HTR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTR7 versus VEGFC in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
