Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HTR3D Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HTR3D data layer compared with 10 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher HTR3D Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HTR3D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, ESCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where HTR3D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
