HTR3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,802 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTM2, FAM66C, and RNU6-135P. Each is linked with HTR3A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR3A-to-partner and partner-to-HTR3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSTM2 grouped by HTR3A-low versus HTR3A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
