HTR3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPRX, WFDC5, and DEFB124. Each is linked with HTR3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR3A-to-partner and partner-to-HTR3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPRX grouped by HTR3A-low versus HTR3A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
