HTR2B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 824 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM77, GAPDHP56, and RN7SKP60. Each is linked with HTR2B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR2B-to-partner and partner-to-HTR2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM77 grouped by HTR2B-low versus HTR2B-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
