Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR1F mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,308 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTR1F-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL663P, CYP2T1P, and RNU4-65P. Each is linked with HTR1F in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1F-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1F results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL663P grouped by HTR1F-low versus HTR1F-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR1F→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR1F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
