HTR1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,882 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, MAP1A, and MYH9_S1943. Each is linked with HTR1B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1B-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTR1B versus PRKG1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
