Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,798 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are VTRNA1-3, RNVU1-15, and MIR3193. Each is linked with HTR1B in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1B-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTR1B versus VTRNA1-3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
