Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR1B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, MSH6, and Notch1. Each is linked with HTR1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1B-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1B results are reported.
