HTR1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,942 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEC1, MEI4, and SLC13A1. Each is linked with HTR1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1B-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTR1B versus MAGEC1 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
