Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 446 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTR1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of negative chemotaxis, SRP-dependent cotranslational protein targeting to membrane, signal sequence recognition, and ATP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with HTR1B in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1B-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of negative chemotaxis grouped by HTR1B-low versus HTR1B-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
