HTR1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,685 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD34C-AS1, SLC7A14, and TMEM151B. Each is linked with HTR1A in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1A-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTR1A versus ANKRD34C-AS1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
