Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTR1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,752 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOT1, CFAP300, and ACKR3. Each is linked with HTR1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1A-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOT1 grouped by HTR1A-low versus HTR1A-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
