HTR1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETX, PCDH10, and ADGRB2. Each is linked with HTR1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1A-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SETX grouped by HTR1A-low versus HTR1A-high in URINARY_TRACT.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
