Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HTR1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HTR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTP2, SPATA31E1, and OR11H1. Each is linked with HTR1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTR1A-to-partner and partner-to-HTR1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RTP2 grouped by HTR1A-low versus HTR1A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
