HTN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P26, RNA5SP198, and RN7SL607P. Each is linked with HTN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTN3-to-partner and partner-to-HTN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
