HTD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HTD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,135 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HTD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSF2RB, CXCR1, and ZNF57. Each is linked with HTD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HTD2-to-partner and partner-to-HTD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HTD2 versus CSF2RB in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
