HSPH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSPH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 924 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADRB3, OR5H8, and H4C13. Each is linked with HSPH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPH1-to-partner and partner-to-HSPH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADRB3 grouped by HSPH1-low versus HSPH1-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
