HSPE1P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPE1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,395 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPE1P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPA3, PSIP1, and NRF1. Each is linked with HSPE1P3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPE1P3-to-partner and partner-to-HSPE1P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1P3 versus HNRNPA3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPE1P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPE1P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
