Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSPE1P23 RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HSPE1P23 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher HSPE1P23 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSPE1P23 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

THYM, UCEC, and ACC are the cancer types where HSPE1P23 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
