HSPE1P21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPE1P21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,529 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPE1P21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLPP, LAMB2, and STAP2. Each is linked with HSPE1P21 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPE1P21-to-partner and partner-to-HSPE1P21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1P21 versus CLPP in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPE1P21→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPE1P21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
