HSPE1P16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPE1P16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,343 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPE1P16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NT5DC1, STXBP5_S782, and NIPBL_T713. Each is linked with HSPE1P16 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPE1P16-to-partner and partner-to-HSPE1P16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1P16 versus NT5DC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPE1P16→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPE1P16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
