Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSPE1P16 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HSPE1P16 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher HSPE1P16 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSPE1P16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRC, BLCA, and ACC are the cancer types where HSPE1P16 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
