Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPE1P16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,131 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSPE1P16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly, Negative regulation of DNA metabolic process, and Regulation of protein serine/threonine kinase activity. Each is linked with HSPE1P16 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPE1P16-to-partner and partner-to-HSPE1P16 results are reported.
