HSPE1P12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPE1P12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,305 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPE1P12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNL1, UAP1, and OBI1. Each is linked with HSPE1P12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPE1P12-to-partner and partner-to-HSPE1P12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSPE1P12 versus GNL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPE1P12→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPE1P12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
