Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSPE1P10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HSPE1P10 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher HSPE1P10 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSPE1P10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and CHOL show a favorable association.

KIRC, KIRP, and HNSC are the cancer types where HSPE1P10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
