Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSPE1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HSPE1 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher HSPE1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSPE1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
OV and CESC are the cancer types where HSPE1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
