HSPB6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSPB6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,296 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPB6-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTRA1, CSPG4, and NPR2. Each is linked with HSPB6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPB6-to-partner and partner-to-HSPB6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSPB6 versus HTRA1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPB6→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPB6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
