HSPB1P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPB1P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPB1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are XKRY2, RNU6-997P, and VN1R3. Each is linked with HSPB1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPB1P1-to-partner and partner-to-HSPB1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XKRY2 grouped by HSPB1P1-low versus HSPB1P1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPB1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPB1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
