Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSPB11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HSPB11 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher HSPB11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSPB11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA and COAD are the cancer types where HSPB11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
