Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSPB11 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HSPB11 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher HSPB11 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSPB11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.

PDAC, LUAD, and LSCC are the cancer types where HSPB11 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
