HSPA6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,333 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSX2, IGHD3-16, and TMEM138. Each is linked with HSPA6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA6-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSX2 grouped by HSPA6-low versus HSPA6-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA6→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
