Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,846 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA2, FNDC3B, and PLOD1. Each is linked with HSPA5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA5-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA5 results are reported.
