Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,030 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSPA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDAC5, PEBP1, and BAP1. Each is linked with HSPA5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA5-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSPA5 versus HDAC5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
