Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,874 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSPA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1188P, RN7SKP181, and MIR6853. Each is linked with HSPA5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA5-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1188P grouped by HSPA5-low versus HSPA5-high in SKCM.
