Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSPA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Notch1, and XBP1. Each is linked with HSPA5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA5-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by HSPA5-low versus HSPA5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
