Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSPA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 168 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXT, PTH, and SLC32A1. Each is linked with HSPA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA5-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA5 results are reported.
